SFMI holds a “Poco a Poco” music camp and concert for youth with developmental disabilities, while sponsoring the “Viva Chamber Ensemble” composed of teens and twenties with developmental disabilities.

SFMI has hosted “Poco a Poco” music camp and concert since 2009 to help young students with developmental disabilities further develop their musical talent. (“Poco a Poco” means “little by little” in Italian.) In addition, the company has sponsored the “Viva Chamber Ensemble” an orchestral ensemble composed of young people with developmental disabilities and adolescents since 2015.
