To improve youth’s awareness of the disabled, SFMI produces educational dramas every year, and hold essay contests to raise awareness on disability for elementary, middle and high school students.
Since 2009, SFMI has produced dramas to improve youth
awareness of disability in association with the Ministry of
Education and the Disabled First Action Movement
Headquarters.
These dramas are nationally broadcast on KBS on the Day
for the Disabled (April 20) every year and distributed to
middle and high schools nationwide as educational
materials to raise awareness.
In addition, essay contests are held every April at
elementary, middle, and high schools nationwide to
improve disability awareness.
